May 21: Picked up Eileen, and the rest of the Melrose neighborhood. Last post until June; I’m tapering for the Regaine (June 1-2) and I won’t be running far enough to pick up new streets.
May 19: Thought I was finished with the Upper Washington neighborhood, but I forgot Eileen.
May 17: To the office, inexplicably much faster than usual, with little effort, even uphill.
May 14: The unplanned, sidewalkless, disconnected streets off of Russell Road. It will probably take 6 or 7 more runs to clear this neighborhood. Felt great!
May 8: Went to Albany High track for some speedwork, but a high school meet was still in progress, going on 4 hours after it began. I guess there was a rain delay. So I just ran the streets around the high school.
May 9: To the office. Perfect weather. 12 miles in 89 minutes (note this post and the next one are out of order)
May 7: Picked up most of the rest of the streets between Whitehall and Hackett. At night, calm and peaceful.
May 4: One of the last sections where there are still streets I haven’t been on within a 3 mile run
May 3: Upper Washington Avenue neighborhood almost complete.
